The Venue

Armada House is the ideal setting for our two days of reflection, connection and growth. Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Spanish Point in Clare, this boutique residence offers stunning sea views, cosy fires, and an inspiring meeting space. The Experience

This small group programme, designed for a maximum of 10 participants, is delivered in a highly practical, interactive workshop format. It’s called a workshop because you’ll be doing the work! This is the PAUSE you need to reconnect with your purpose and values, to reignite your passion and energy and to create a clear plan to achieve your leadership vision.

Over the two days, you’ll have lots of time for personal reflection as well as opportunities to harness the collective wisdom of like-minded leaders in the group. You’ll need to show up ready to engage, go deep and be open and vulnerable. This is for leaders who are prepared to take meaningful action following our time together.

Day 1

  • 8:30 am – Meet Up – coffee tea/ snacks
  • 9:00am – Workshop kick off
  • 5:30pm – Workshop wrap up
  • Time for rest, relax and freshen up
  • 7:00pm – Meet up, welcome drink
  • 7:30pm – Dinner in the Armada Hotel

Once you register, you will receive a questionnaire which will include space to include any dietary restrictions.

The wonderful team at the Armada hotel will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

Be comfortable and be yourself – whatever that means to you.

If weather permits, we may take a stroll to the beach for some inspiration, so wear or bring some comfy shoes and a warm layer.

If you’re more comfortable wearing formal shoes or heels, wear them. If you’re more comfortable in jeans/ leggings/ casual wear – wear them.

Either way, have your comfy shoes and coat on standby!

This retreat is for what I call ‘Change Makers’ – purpose-driven individuals ready to take action and make a real difference. I am not concerned with job titles or what industry you work in. That is not the focus of the retreat. This is for individuals who are willing and ready to dig deep, grow, and lead with more purpose, vitality, and impact.

There won’t be any scheduled yoga, cold plunges, or meditation sessions, because they may not be everyone’s cup of tea. But rest and renewal are front and center, which is why we’ve chosen the Armada House. The moment you arrive, the sea air, stunning views, and cosy fires will instantly bring you a sense of calm. And if yoga or cold plunges are your thing, there’ll be time in the mornings and evenings for that too.

Staying overnight will truly elevate your experience, even if do live locally. We’ve curated this retreat to give you the space to think, recharge, and renew. The rooms at the Armada House are like a little slice of heaven, designed to deepen your PAUSE experience. If you really can’t stay due to family commitments or otherwise, contact me directly and we can explore options.
